What if I don't like it? +
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email hello@ultrareminders.com from the address you bought with and we'll refund in full. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, but in practice we still listen. We'd rather have a happy non-customer than a frustrated one.
My Mac is asleep at 10AM. Will this still work? +
No. Your Mac needs to be awake at your set time and logged in for Ultra Reminders to run. If you open it after the set time (10 AM), it will start running then.
Does it send my reminders to the cloud? +
By default, no. The AI model runs locally on your Mac using Apple's MLX framework — your reminders, calendar, and preferences stay on your device. The one exception you control: turning on Web Search (off by default, in Settings → Experimental) sends your reminder text for that reminder. Inference always stays local.
What Mac do I need? +
Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4) running macOS Ventura or later, with at least 8GB RAM. It does not work on Intel Macs. The local AI requires Apple Silicon. The model (~2GB) downloads once on first launch.
Will it change reminders I've already scheduled? +
No. If you've set a date and time, it only adds an action plan. If you've set a date but no time, it finds a free slot on that day. It only assigns dates when there are none at all. Your intent is always respected.
What about Google Calendar or Outlook? +
Connect them to Apple Calendar via System Settings → Internet Accounts and Ultra Reminders will see them automatically. During setup, you choose exactly which calendars it checks.
Is this a subscription? +
No. $35, one time, yours forever. No monthly fees, no annual renewals. Future updates are free.
Does it sync to my iPhone? +
Yes, through iCloud, automatically. Ultra Reminders updates your Apple Reminders on Mac. iCloud syncs those changes to your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. You don't install anything on your phone.
